I'm Angel a Customer Service Representative a year ago from Teleperformance Philippines. As a CSR my job was a bit challenging because I had to deal with lots of irritated customers but I learned a lot. It has taught me an effective communication skills, active listening, as well as acknowledging their emotions, and most especially, problem-solving. And with the skills I mentioned above, I am proud to say that I was able to achieve being in top 5 for consecutive 6 months in our team that has a good score (VOC, AHT and QA).
I am truly efficient in doing my job and I can manage my time well. apart from that, I am also very passionate and diligent in the tasks that will be given to me. I'm as well passionate about learning new skills and be able to cultivate them. I am eager to implement what I have learned and my experiences in a larger working environment in a practical and respectful manner.
